Structure:
Reinforced concrete, beams and slabs.
Walls and Partitions:
External walls 20cm think, Internal walls 10 cm thick all of high quality hollow bricks.
Plastering:
External surfaces finished with 2 coats of plaster. Internally all walls and partitions are finished with 3 coats of plaster. Ceilings will be finished with acrylic rendering coating.
Painting:
Internally spatula and 3 coats of oil paint in bathrooms and toilets. All walls magnolia – ceilings white, all with Dulux emulsion paint. Externally Tyrolean finish or paint.
Wall Fittings:
Walls in bathrooms and toilets generally will be lined with glazed tiles up to 220 cm height. The space between counter tops and cupboards in the kitchen will have glazed tiles. The allowance per sq. metre tiling is CY£ 10.
Flooring:
Italian Ceramic tiles in all areas (allowance CY?10 per sq.metre). Covered parking will be concrete. Private residence road.
Doors and Windows:
Entrance door in mahogany or Aluminium. All other doors and windows will be sliding Aluminium and will be double glazed with fly screen provision. Aluminium shutters on bedroom windows. Interior doors are MDF with a veneered finish, on wooden frames with high quality door furniture.
Sanitary Fittings:
White imported fittings, granite worktops and sink for kitchen.
Sewage:
Provision for future connection to sewage system.
Drainage:
Standard PVC fittings as per Local Authority Reqs.
Electrical:
A complete electrical installation in accordance with the Electricity Authority’s requirement. Provision for telephone, TV, TV antenna outlet and 3 sockets in each room. Full air-conditioning throughout.
Hot water supply:
Two solar panels, 700 litre water tank.
